SPC Reply on the Non-retroactive Application of Article 88(1) of the Company Law

Clarifies that Article 88(1) of the 2023 Company Law applies only to transfers of shares with unmatured contribution obligations occurring after July 1, 2024. Earlier transfers remain governed by the prior Company Law and related principles.
