适用范围（人大网官方文本摘录）

第二条　在中华人民共和国境内，股票、公司债券、存托凭证和国务院依法认定的其他证券的发行和交易，适用本法；本法未规定的，适用《中华人民共和国公司法》和其他法律、行政法规的规定。

版本说明

本法于2019年12月28日由第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十五次会议第二次修订通过，自2020年3月1日起施行。

Securities Law selected excerpt

Scope of application (NPC English text excerpt)

Article 2 This Law shall apply to the offer and trading of shares, corporate bonds, depositary receipts and other securities legally recognized by the State Council within the territory of the People's Republic of China; where this Law contains no provision, the provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and administrative regulations shall apply.

The law was revised on 28 December 2019 and entered into force on 1 March 2020.
